Our premium tables are delivered with a two-person service. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS (where a mobile number has been provided) once your order has been processed by the carrier. You can also track your order at any time using your order number and email.

On the evening prior to delivery, at approximately 20:30, you will receive a further email and SMS containing:

• Your estimated two-hour delivery window
• A live tracking link, allowing you to monitor the delivery team's progress in real time on the day of delivery
• Delivery updates as your order progresses through the route

In addition, the delivery team will provide a courtesy call when they are approximately 30 minutes from your property.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Additional surcharges may apply to some areas, including the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.

Our premium oak is solid timber finished with a natural oil, so each option keeps the grain visible and has its own natural character.

• Natural (Light Oak): a soft, light finish with a cool, muted tone. Clean and understated - the lightest finish we offer.
• Pure: a classic, golden finish that feels instantly familiar - the hue long associated with oak. Our closest match to traditional solid oak.
• Antique Bronze: a deep, warm brown finish with subtle undertones of bronze.
• Charcoal: a rich, near-black finish, contemporary with a calm, architectural presence.

Each finish varies slightly piece to piece, as solid oak does, and tone can shift with the light in your room. If colour matters for your space, we'd recommend ordering a sample, or the swatch pack, before you buy.

Our premium range is finished with Rubio Monocoat®, a specialist linseed-based oil, available in four colours: Natural (Light Oak), Pure, Charcoal and Antique Bronze. The oil bonds into the timber rather than sitting on the surface, giving a hard-wearing, spill and stain-resistant finish without the need for regular re-oiling. With a little care, your piece will continue to age gracefully. Routine re-oiling isn't necessary, but if you'd like to refresh the surface after many years of use, please get in touch and we'll guide you on the right oil and colour match.

Chairs are sold separately, so you can choose the option that best suits your space and style. We offer a range of velvet, and wooden chairs, available in our chair collection.

Our premium round dining tables can seat up to 6 - you can see the layout in our seating guide. This round table features a central spider-leg base, which leaves comfortable legroom for every seat right around the table.

Both are edge profiles for the tabletop. A square edge keeps clean, right-angled corners, gently softened so they feel smooth, for a more timeless feel. A Swiss edge adds a 45-degree chamfer along the top edge for a lighter, more contemporary look. It comes down to the style you prefer - the oak, finish, and build are the same either way.

Yes. We offer an individual wood sample for each finish (200mm x 150mm x 40mm), or a swatch pack showing all four premium finishes together (four samples, each 100mm x 90mm x 8mm), so you can see the tone and grain in your own light before deciding. As solid oak varies a little piece to piece, a sample is the best way to judge colour for your space.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Get in touch with your order number and we'll arrange collection and a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging until the table has been checked, as it's needed for any return. Where a return is due to a change of mind rather than an issue with the table, the cost of the return is chargeable to the customer.
