Great product with very sturdy legs. I had a problem with over-drilled holes on one desk but the customer service department responded by return and a replacement was dispatched to me within hours, which was superb customer support.

Lovely solid desk

I'm generally very pleased with the desk, which is well made, stylish and elegant. It was delivered on time and in very good condition. Putting it together was less easy than I was led to led to believe, as the pre-drilled holes for the leg screws on the underside of the desk top were too small and shallow for the screws provided. I had to drill them wider and deeper Ordering the desk proved problematic as your website was not functioning properly and would not accept my order. The issue was resolved by contacting your very herlpful representative by phone,

Nice looking table. Small improvements would be to bevel the edge of the desk, as it's a little sharp when resting hands on the edge and the desktop is a little 'gritty' despite a few rub downs with a cloth. I'm sure the latter will improve over time.

Tables had ever so slight damage- one corner had some wood chipped off, and on the top surface of the desk some wood filler or something similar has not been sanded off 100%. However over all very pleased with the quality of the desks, lovely wood used and very sturdy. Hope to have them a long time!

Nice desk, fairly solid. Looks good but just one thing would be an improvement and that’s the edges of the desk, it would be better if they were rounded slightly (chamfered) and the corners rounded and not so right-angled otherwise fine.

Nice quality desk but yet again dreadful delivery issues with Domli blaming carriers and carriers blaming Domli. As this is the second time this has happened with two different carriers, we will not be buying from Domli again. The lack of a phone number to contact Domli also caused issues . It took hours for the live chat messages to get an unsatisfactory response (I’m on my own and I’ll ring the carrier tomorrow) and we had no response to our emails. So, nil points for effective communications and for customer service. The missing item turned up this morning with no explanation and apology from Domli.
