Our solid oak worktop upstand is the perfect finishing touch for your kitchen. Each 1.5M x 80mm x 18mm oak upstand is hand-crafted and individually manufactured to the highest standard from sustainably sourced European oak.
This upstand measures 1.5m long and is a convenient alternative to a longer length when you require an additional section. Due to the smaller size, this product is also available with our lower-cost delivery service compared to a 3M length.
Add elegance and convenience to your kitchen with an oak kitchen worktop upstand. Durable, cost-efficient, and easy to install, our upstands provide an ideal alternative to tiling, hiding any small gaps between uneven walls and worktops.
These upstands have been designed to seamlessly blend with our solid oak worktops and hide the expansion gap between the worktop and a wall.
Our range of oak upstands is available raw sanded, ready for you to finish how you desire - or pre-oiled to enable installation without delay. Note that finishing oil, once installed, will still need to be applied. Available in various lengths and widths to suit any kitchen.
Please do not install this item directly behind a kitchen hob and refer to the cooker manufacturer's guidelines to ensure that your installation complies with safety standards.

Wood worktops
Crafted from natural materials, our solid wood worktops are designed to age gracefully with the right care and attention.
To clean, use a mild solution of washing-up liquid and warm water, applied with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. If an antibacterial cleaner is required, we recommend Osmo Anti-Bac Wood Cleaner — gentle on wood yet effective against bacteria.
To maintain a rich, protective finish, re-oil your furniture with Osmo TopOil every six months during the first year, then once annually. For light surface marks, use the Wood Care Kit — Osmo.
If you've selected a raw or sanded finish, before installation, apply three coats of Osmo TopOil to all surfaces and four to five coats to the end grain and edges. This step is not required for pre-oiled worktops.
